I would like to welcome you to my NEXT Health And Fitness Giveaway Event. Although the most recent giveaway is now over I plan to run another sometime in the next few months. For those of you who are new to this, and who do not yet know me, hopefully the next event will provide me with the opportunity to let you know a little bit about me and why I love all things to do with the maximization of one's enjoyment of life through the improvement of our health. I spend a great deal of my time as a personal fitness coach in my gyms, so it will not shock you to learn that my own area of experise is in maintaining a state of high fitness and implementing successful weight loss strategies.

One of my goals for some time now has been to provide fellow health and fitness devotees a place to find, and download, quality products at absolutely no cost.

The most recent giveaway event was the direct manifestation of that desire, and I am committed to making sure you come away from the next one feeling just as satisfied as people have been with the most recent event.

Now, I know full well that the only way that can happen is if people enjoy their time spent on the site and are able to find at least a few great products from others who have been judged to be experts and leaders, even mentors, in areas of the health and well-being industry that I have been a part of for more than three decades. So I know that I have to set my bar high to keep you satisfied. The products and services that contributors make available are screened by me for quality so that I can be sure you will not be wasting your time on my site looking at offerings that no one is likely to find enticing. I have participated in enough giveaways to know that quality health related products are the ONLY thing you want to see in this giveaway.
